Kevin was very professional in all he presented, he did not sell me a drinking water system he helped me buy one. I would highly recommend him for all your water needs
I quite enjoy that RO bottled water is delivered right to my door! The gentlemen that deliver are kind and quick with products and always deliver with a smile. I am able to message the delivery men on the day of delivery in advance and provide them with what I require for that delivery. Communication is always open and superb. Should another delivery be required it is usually handled at the quickest possible moment. Everything flows smoothly with Culligan deliveries. Thank you for the great quality service.

I miss the good old days when customer service was a point of pride for a business. Picked up several jugs of water mid afternoon. Staff room of people and Noone thought to offer to carry out my water. After my second trip in for more jugs I expressed my " less then impressed " customer service experience and was told they were all on lunch and that she (reception)could of carried them Out if I had asked. I remember customer service being part of a job you were paid for not requested of by a customer. I miss the days when I wasn't even done paying and staff was behind me with jugs in hand waiting to happily help me out.
Most of the water places in town are decent and I have nothing bad to say about any of them so far.But this location by the border city clinic, Just has the best staff and they always impress me.When you're in a town like this, it's worth going to the place that treats you best.

Was having issues with my RO system losing pressure they came right away and recharged my system but made sure to let me know this may not be the exact fix. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I needed a new pressure tank. They were so prompt and had a new pressure tank installed the next day.Thank you so much to Robbie, Shawn, Lindsey and their tech Steve for the awesome service as always!
I brought in 2 empty bottles for a deposit refund and it was like pulling teeth. I needed an "account" and only my account could be refunded... Like I'm not going to save a receipt from months ago... Anyways she did finally refund me, but I get vastly "Superior" service now... If you catch my drift.
